Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Service Cancellations

If you need to cancel within 24 hours after scheduling your consultation, you must let us know by email and you will receive a full refund.

After that timeframe has passed, if you cancel within 72 hours, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. If you do not email us to cancel your consultation within 72 hours or do not show for your booking, no refund will be issued.

Full payment is required for all services rendered through the Alaere creative agency in accordance with partnership agreements signed by all involved parties. Project cancellations and adjustments will be made in accordance with partnership agreements signed by all involved parties.
