Unless otherwise stated, orders ship within 3-5 days of receipt. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped with tracking information.

Orders are not available for pick-up.

Shipping cost is determined by the mail carrier, and based on delivery location and package weight.

Yes! Alaere Lifestyle ships outside of the United States. Once you input your address, your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are not accepted. Faulty goods will be replaced on a case-by-case basis if adequate evidence is provided.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged product shipments. 

Refunds will not be issued for items that have been marked as delivered. Please contact the mail carrier to locate the parcel with the tracking number provided.

If your order is damaged in transit you must file a damage report to your local postal service, and send an email to team@alaerelifestyle.com including pictures of the damaged item(s).

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the redelivery cost.
