Processing Time
All Alaere Lifestyle pieces are made to order.
Apparel and Art Prints: Please allow 5–12 business days for production and processing.
Nappa Leather Bags: Each bag is handmade in London and requires 5–16 business days for creation prior to shipment.
Shipping Timeframes
- Domestic (U.S.): 5–8 business days after dispatch
- International: 6–18 business days after dispatch
Shipping Rates
- U.S. Orders: Flat rate $6.95 for orders under $250 | Free shipping on orders $250+
- International Orders: Flat rate $25 for orders under $350 | Free shipping on orders $350+
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping costs. Alaere Lifestyle has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs inspections or tariff-related delays may extend delivery timeframes.
International Orders (DDU)
All international shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are not included in your checkout total and will be collected by your local postal or customs authority upon delivery. Alaere Lifestyle is not responsible for these fees or for delays caused by customs clearance.
